No complaints, the hotel met expectation. I was happy with venue's great location next to EVERYTHING. Location: the hotel was near airport and downtown and medical areas. Popped in Dutch's for shots before sleep, it was just a pleasant stroll away from the venue.

Our rooms were tastefully decorated and had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a private safe. The staff was amicable providing the information. Excellent location of the hotel in the middle of jackson. It was good to be 1 mile away from Toppers, serving short-orders.

During my thanksgiving stay, I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The location was great as it was close to all amenities, making it easy to get around. The breakfast staff was friendly and offered delicious grab & go options. The pool was amazing with a perfect 6 inch shelf for lounging or kids to enjoy. The largest sofa in the two queen room was the most comfortable and relaxing seat I've ever sat on.
The front desk didn't offer great customer service, and the air conditioning was not effective in my room. The TV stopped working one night, and the two small trash cans in the room were not enough.
